Exchange:
- Goods sold /delivered are strictly not returnable and not refundable.
- Product color may vary & subject to stock availability.
- We will not hold the responsibility for any damage/negligence caused directly/indirectly/before/during or after use/assembling of the products.
- Any damage or wrong item purchased, please exchange within 3days upon receival of item and whatsapp (wa.me/6592987868). (No exchange will be entertained without valid receipt provided).
- No door to door exchange services will be provided for damages or missing parts. Please whatsapp (wa.me/6592987868).
- Please enquire about our merchandise exchange policy from our staff.
- Our company reserves the right of exchange.
Unsatisfactory Return Policy:
- ONLY unused, no damage, resalable condition and original packaging fully intact item are acceptable.
- If items are successfully delivered, $10 per item of Administrative and logistic fees will be impose for cancellations / refunds. PayPal will imposed "Admin Fee" for any refund/cancellation for all transaction.
- If you are unable to return the item due to size or inconvenience, pick up service can be arranged with $10 per trip; pay before arrangement.
- No cancellation / refund will be entertained after the 3 days grace period.
