Sales & Refund
Thank you for shopping at TOYOGO, and we appreciate your continued support over the years. We want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you're at the TOYOGO eSupermart, in a TOYOGO Outlet, or on the phone with the TOYOGO customer centre. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we'll refer to these entities as the "TOYOGO Store" in this policy.)

As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at a TOYOGO Store. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at a TOYOGO Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with TOYOGO's Privacy Policy (Opens in a new window) and Terms & Condition(Opens in a new window).

Standard Return Policy
We fundamentally believe you will be satisfied with the products you purchase from the TOYOGO Store. That's because we designed and built our products by listening to what our customer wants and through intensive R&D to ensure they are to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product or contact our Customer line to check the validity for your request.

For any unused, undamaged product with its original packaging, return it with its included attachments such as wheels and along with the original receipt within three days of the date you receive the product. We'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Also, please note the following:

  • Products can be returned only at our TOYOGO Corporate HQ or TOYOGO Bedok Wholesale Outlet.
  • In the case that your items were shipped or delivered, an Administrative & Logistic charge of $10 per item will be incurred.
  • In the case that you are unable to return the items due to inconvenience of a bulky item, pick up service can be arranged for a flat fee of $10 per trip.
  • In the case of items returned with a gift/ voucher receipt, TOYOGO will offer you a TOYOGO voucher.
  • The following products are not eligible for return: Electronics, Liquids & Detergent, TOYOGO Store Gift Cards.
  • For returns for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over $400, TOYOGO will mail a refund check to you within 14 business days or more. (Dependent on SingPost mailing services)
  • Products with their packaging removed cannot be returned.
  • Any request for cancellation/ refund after the three days would not be entertained.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
TOYOGO reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the TOYOGO Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in an TOYOGO Store, please contact our Customer line for a refund of the overcharge. (Not including other third party eCommerce marketplaces such as Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee and etc..)
